How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation, enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive an email confirmation link that you need to click to activate your account. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

I forgot my password

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours.

How do coins work?

Coins are ReadRebels' virtual currency used to unlock premium chapters. Most chapters cost coins based on their word count (approximately 1 coin per 200 words). You can purchase coin packs or get 600 coins monthly with a Premium subscription.

How do I unlock chapters?

Navigate to any locked chapter and click the "Unlock" button. The cost in coins will be displayed. You need sufficient coins in your account to complete the unlock. Once unlocked, you have permanent access to that chapter.

Are there free chapters?

Yes! Many novels offer the first few chapters free to let you try the story. Free chapters are clearly marked and don't require coins to read.

How do I customize my reading experience?

Use the reading settings panel (accessible via the settings icon while reading) to adjust font size, theme (light/dark/sepia), reading speed, and enable text-to-speech features.

I'm having login problems

First, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. If you're still having issues, check that you've confirmed your email address. Contact support@readrebels.com if problems persist.

Payment failed but I was charged

Contact support@readrebels.com immediately with your payment details. We'll personally review your case and resolve any billing discrepancies within 24 hours. Payment issues are really important to us, and we'll make sure everything gets sorted out quickly.
